Rod Jackson
College Advisor
- Prior to joining AP Strategies, Inc., Rod was the Director of Admission and Diversity at Saint Mary’s Hall in San Antonio, Texas.
- He held many titles while working at Southern Methodist University for over 9 years. His last title was Senior Associate Director of Undergraduate Admission and Director of Minority Recruitment.
- He has worked with underrepresented students since 1996 and served on the President’s Commission on the Status of Racial Minorities while at Southern Methodist University.
- He is a member of the National Association for College Admission Counselors.
- While at Southern Methodist University, he also served as an advisor to several student organizations.
- He works with Kimball and Sunset High Schools.
- He earned a B.A. in Psychology from Texas State University and an M.L.A. from Southern Methodist University.
