Mickey Saloma
College Advisor
- Prior to joining the AP Strategies™ college services team, Mickey served as an Admissions Counselor for Texas A&M University from 1999-2003.
- He was named Senior Admissions Counselor and headed up Texas A&M's 1st regional office known as the Dallas/Ft Worth Prospective Student Center in 2002.
- He was selected as a namesake for Texas A&M's freshman orientation camp known as Fish Camp . Camp Saloma took its place in August of 2003
- Mickey served as coach for College Station's Challenger Little League (a league for physically and or mentally challenged children) from 1999-2003.
- He was a torchbearer for the 1996 Olympic Torch Relay in conjunction with the Centennial Olympic Games held in Atlanta, GA.
- Mickey received a BA in Journalism from Texas A&M in 1998. While at Texas A&M, he was a member of the Corps of Cadets and Fightin' Texas Aggie Band.
