Melinda Proctor Finance Assistant Prior to joining Advanced Placement Strategies™ in October 2005, Melinda was an accounting assistant at US Youth Soccer Association for 5 years. She also has 5 years experience in the medical software industry. Her hometown is Rockwall, Texas. She received her Associate in Arts and Sciences Degree from Richland College.
