Lifecycle
An illustration of the lifecycle of an Advanced Placement Incentive Program™:

The Advanced Placement Incentive Program™ consists of three stages:
- The Assessment stage takes the program from concept to plan. This phase results in the donor/district alignment, district assessment, and program plan.
- The Setup stage develops the specifics of the program to be implemented. This phase results in the agreement to proceed, program definition, and signed contracts.
- The Management stage can be broken into two primary steps:
- Implementation—Sets the incentive program into action. This step results in the proper support of district and school administration, as well as the alignment of resources toward program goals.
- Ongoing Management—Delivers ongoing support to the students, teachers, principals and schools. At periodic intervals, program results are prepared and reported to the districts and donors.
