How to download the plug-inTo view the recorded webcasts, you will use a program called a media player that came with your computer. If you are using an Apple computer, the program is QuickTime. If you are using a Windows PC, you may use Windows Media Player, QuickTime, or RealPlayer - whichever you have on your system. Regardless of which program you use, you will need to download and install a "plug-in" called the EnvivioTV MPEG-4 Plug-in. Depending on the type of computer you have, click on one of the links below and follow the instructions. Here are quick instructions, but the sites below will have more information. How to update your media playerIf you have not updated your media player in the last year or if you experience problems viewing the recorded lectures, it's a good idea to download the latest version of a media player.
