I am very interested in portraiture and the sentiments and ideas that a portrait may inspire in the viewer’s mind. In this piece, I focused on developing the little girl’s expression and tearful eyes; with detail to the warm tones in Soyoon’s cheeks and face, I think I accomplished this.
