Shannon Jones

Program Coordinator

The Dallas office of APS added Shannon Jones to the staff in May of 2011.  Shannon graduated from Texas State University with a BA in Psychology in May of 2010.  While attending college, Shannon volunteered with several local nonprofits.  She organized and participated in fundraising activities for nonprofits that served children, including Dell Children’s Hospital and Autism Speaks.  APS will benefit from Shannon’s past 5 years of volunteer and professional experience in the business and nonprofit arenas.  Her passion for education related issues and the desire to focus on a career in the nonprofit sector make her position with Advanced Placement Strategies a perfect choice.
